Time to Tri for my Tri.
Since I registered for the Saint Anthonys Triathlon a few months ago...I havent really taken it too seriously....Here we go!
Day 1
Breakfast - Yogurt, fresh strawberries and granola
Lunch - Tuna salad (no mayo)
Dinner - Greek Chicken salad (with white sauce, couldnt resist)
Work out: 40 Min swim/ Dodgeball
